These terms govern your use of the Keystone Beyond Solutions website and any services engaged through it. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
Who we are
Keystone Beyond Solutions is a South African private company (registration number 2026/786301/07), registered with the CIPC. Our full company details are on the About page.
Services
Keystone Beyond Solutions provides:
- Web & app development
- Hosting & maintenance
- Email & cloud backups
- Device repairs
- Network & AV installation
Fees & Payment
- All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Project work requires a 50% deposit before commencement, with the balance due on completion.
- Monthly retainers (hosting, maintenance, email, backups) are billed in advance and due on the 1st of each month.
- Invoices are payable within 7–30 days depending on agreement. Late payments may incur 2% interest per month.
Warranties
- Web development: 30‑day bug‑fix warranty (defects only, not new features).
- Device repairs: 90‑day warranty on the specific repair performed and parts replaced.
- Network & AV installations: 12‑month workmanship warranty; hardware covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to accounts, credentials, and content required for the work.
- Back up any data on devices prior to repair (unless a paid backup service is contracted).
- Ensure third‑party licences, hardware, or subscriptions remain valid.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Both parties agree to keep confidential any non‑public business, technical, or personal information disclosed during the engagement.
- Keystone Beyond Solutions processes personal information in accordance with POPIA, and only for the purposes necessary to deliver agreed services.
Limitation of Liability
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including profit or data), except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Cancellation & Termination
- Monthly retainers may be terminated with 30 days’ written notice.
- Project work cancelled after commencement will be billed for work completed to date plus any non‑recoverable costs.
- Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days overdue.
Website use
Content on this website is provided for general information purposes. Pricing shown is a guideline range and may vary based on project scope — always confirmed in writing before work begins. You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse content from this site without permission.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, ownership of custom‑developed deliverables transfers to the client.
- Pre‑existing tools, frameworks, or libraries remain licensed for client use but are not transferred.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
